Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 students, ensuring every young artist receives attention, support, and encouragement. 💵 Tuition & Fees Starting in 2026, a $15 Studio Materials Fee will be included in the total session price to help us continue providing high-quality art materials, thoughtfully designed projects, and small class sizes where every child can thrive. Our tuition will remain $35 for each 90-minute class 🎨 What We Do in After-School Art Club Each session features a mix of multi-week projects and one-week take-home artworks, giving children time to explore, experiment, and create with confidence. Every project begins with a story, inspiring artist, art style, new concept, or fun topic to spark curiosity. Using prompts from the Artful Thinking approach, we guide young artists to slow down, look closely, and share what they see, think, and wonder. These thoughtful conversations encourage self-expression and help children develop their own artistic voice all while having tons of fun! We honor each child's creativity and independence. We never alter or “fix” a child’s artwork, and only step in to help if they request it, so their ideas and decisions remain at the heart of their finished piece. 🛠️ Materials & Techniques Students will explore a wide variety of art media such as: watercolor oil and chalk pastels acrylic paint sculpture / clay collage and mixed media fiber arts, and more ✔ Why Multi-Week Projects Matter Working on a project over several weeks helps artists build meaningful artistic habits and life skills: Patience and perseverance Focus and attention to detail Planning and sequencing skills Creative problem-solving and revision Pride and confidence from seeing long-term work come to life
