🎤New! K-Pop Demon Hunter Camp! ⚔️ Calling all K-Pop Demon Hunter fans! For the very first time, we are bringing this neon, high-energy world into the art studio. If your child is obsessed with the music, the style, and the epic characters of this universe, they will love spending the week making their own custom, high-end "fan merch" and hanging out with their ultimate squad! Here is what’s on the creative agenda: 🎫 Backstage VIP Pass: Kick off the camp by designing a custom, VIP backstage pass. 📦 Fan-Girl Shadow Box: Build, paint, and totally bedazzle a wooden shadow box filled with photos and embellishments. 🎨 Canvas Painting: Paint a vibrant, neon stage scene or character portrait on canvas. 🐯 Jumbo 3D Mascot: Construct and stuff a giant, 3D paper sculpture of the ultimate sidekick the Derby Tiger! 🛍️ Idol Merch Design: Personalize a custom tote bag with bold graphics and hand-craft an aesthetic bag charm to match. 🌟 Be the first to experience this brand-new camp! The Camp Schedule (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM) 10:00 AM – 10:10 AM: Arrival & Check-in (10 mins) 10:10 AM – 11:25 AM: Art Activity #1 (75 mins) 11:25 AM – 11:50 AM: Lunch / Snack & Movement Break (25 mins) 11:50 AM – 12:50 PM: Art Activity #2 (60 mins) 12:50 PM – 1:00 PM: Clean-up & Good-byes (10 mins)
Cancellation Policy
🔵Participation All classes are drop-off only 🔵Food Guidelines Please only send NUT FREE ONLY snacks with your campers. 🔵What to Bring Pack snacks and water bottle for your camper each day. (NUT FREE ONLY) 🔵What to Wear Dress for mess! Campers should wear comfy play clothes that can handle paint, glue, and colorful creativity. Some art materials may stain and that just means great art was made 🙂 🔵Class Supplies All Supplies are provided. 🔵Arrival Drop-off begins 12:45PM, camp activity starts at 1PM. We kindly ask that campers arrive on time so we can start our our day smoothly. If you're running late, please send us a quick message. 🔵Pickup A 10-minute grace period will be allowed. After that, a $1 per minute late fee will apply. Please reach out as soon as possible if there's an emergency. 🟠Enrollment • A completed Student Intake, Liability Waiver & Media Release Form is required at the checkout. 🟠Waitlist • If the camp you're interested in is full. Please fill out the waitlist form, when someone cancels or reschedules, people on the waitlist are notified in order. • Filling out the waitlist form doesn't guarantee a spot. https://www.artycritters.com/waitlist 🔴Missed time • No make-up time will be offered for camp. 🔴Summer Camp Refund Policy •Minimum 4 sign-ups required for each workshop to run. Workshop will be canceled and a full refund will be issued if fewer than 4 sign-ups. • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before camp are eligible for a full refund (minus $35 cancellation fee) • Cancellations made within 4 weeks of camp start date, you will receive a refund (minus $35 cancellation fee) only if your spot can be filled. • Cancellations made within 1 week of camp start date, you are responsible for finding someone to take your spot and handling payment directly with the family replacing you. No refund will be issued from the studio. • No refunds for no-shows or missed hours. • Make-ups will not be offered for summer camp. • All cancellations must be submitted by email to hi@artycritters.com
