Fall 1 Theme: Autumn on Main Street Wednesdays 5:00-6:30 - September 3, 10, 17, 24 - October 1, 8, 15, 22 💡If you'd like to join after session already start, please send me a email to book you via an invoice with prorated class fee. Email: hi@artycritters.com ​Take a cozy autumn stroll down Main Street, where colorful trees line the sidewalk and warm cocoa carts await! Your kids will bring this whimsical fall scene to life through a large mixed-media masterpiece! ​ • Print with real fall leaves to create unique collage materials • Emboss tin foil to design a hot cocoa cart • Wrap colorful yarn to create bicycle details and awnings • Explore how lines, shapes, and color choices tell visual stories The rest of the session features individual projects inspired by stories, artists, art styles, or social topics. These may include drawing, painting, clay, and other creative media. ​🎨After-School Art Club Structure: Each session is built around a fun, engaging theme and runs over several weeks. Kids will create one large mixed-media artwork across multiple classes, along with two to four individual projects. They’ll explore a wide range of materials such as watercolor, pastels, acrylics, clay, collage, fiber arts, and more. Along the way, they’ll learn how to plan, layer, and build their artwork while experimenting with new tools and techniques.
Cancellation Policy
🟢 Participation All classes are drop-off only unless we've discussed accommodations in advance. 🟢 Pet Alert We have a shy cat, Mr. Kitty. He usually hides, but please be aware if your child has cat allergies. 🟢 Food Guidelines • No food or drinks during class, water only. • For camps: Please pack nut-free food. 🔵 What to Bring & Wear • Water bottle if needed (refill available). • Wear clothes that can get messy. Smocks are encouraged — please put them on before arriving so we can maximize art time. 🔵 Class Supplies All supplies are provided. Students will learn how to care for them. If a child repeatedly and intentionally damages supplies, parents may be asked to replace them. 🔵 Arrival & Pickup Please be on time. Late arrivals disrupt class and late pickups affect the next group. 🟠Enrollment & Waitlist • Student Intake, Liability Waiver & Media Release Form required at checkout (one per family). • If a class is full, join the waitlist. You’ll be notified if a spot opens. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. 🔴 Missed Class Policy • No Refund for single missed class • Make-up classes are not guaranteed due to limited space. • If space opens in another class, a make-up may be offered, but only at the teacher's discretion. • Classes are project-based and build weekly. Missing a class may result in an incomplete final project. 🔴 Refund Policy for Multi-Week Sessions • $25 cancellation fee applies. • You may cancel at least 1 week before the first class for a refund (minus $25). • Within 1 week of the first class: Refunds only if a replacement student is found before the session begins. No refunds after the session starts. • No refunds for missed classes or no-shows.
