Cancellation Policy

🟢 Participation All workshop are drop-off only unless we've discussed accommodations in advance. 🟢 Pet Alert We have two cats inside the residence. Kids may see the cats when they go inside the house to use the restroom. They usually hides, but please be aware if your child has cat allergies. 🟢 Food Guidelines • Nut-free snacks allowed 🔵 What to Bring & Wear • Water bottle if needed (refill available). • We have aprons but accident can still happens so wear clothes that can get messy. 🔵 Class Supplies All supplies are provided. 🔵 Arrival & Pickup Please be on time. The studio door opens 5 minutes before the workshop begins. For pickup, there is a 10-minute grace period after the workshop ends. After that, a $1 per minute late fee will apply. 🟠 Enrollment & Waitlist • Student Intake, Liability Waiver & Media Release Form required at checkout. • If a session is full, join the waitlist. You’ll be notified if a spot opens. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. https://www.artycritters.com/waitlist 🔴Missed Hours • No make-up time will be offered. 🔴Refund Policy • Minimum 5 sign-ups required for each class to run.  If enrollment for your session does not reach our minimum requirement, you will be notified one week prior to the session start date. We will cancel the session and provide a full refund.​ • Nonrefunable. If you can't make it you may transfer the class to another student to enjoy.
