Cancellation Policy

🟢Participation All classes are drop-off only, unless we’ve discussed accommodations in advance. 🟢Pet Alert We have a very shy cat, Mr. Kitty. He typically keeps to himself, but please keep in mind if your child has a cat allergy. 🟢Food Guidelines • No food or drinks during class except for water. • Camp: Please pack NUT FREE food 🔵What to Bring Water bottle if needed, refill available. ​🔵What to Wear Wear clothes that can get messy. Smocks are encouraged, please put them on before arriving so we can use every minute for creating. ​🔵Class Supplies ​All Supplies are provided. Students will learn how to take care of them properly. If a child repeatedly and intentionally damages supplies despite reminders, I may ask parents to replace the item. 🔵Pickup I may not be able to supervise your child safely once the next group begins, so please be on time. 🔵Arrival Late arrivals can cause disruption or delays to the whole class, so please be on time. 🟠Enrollment • A completed Student Intake, Liability Waiver & Media Release Form is required at the checkout. • If you have multiple child signing up the same class, you only need to complete the form once. 🟠Waitlist • If the class you're interested in is full. Please fill out the waitlist form, when someone cancels or reschedules, people on the waitlist are notified in order. • Filling out the waitlist form doesn't guarantee a spot. 🔴Missed Class • No make-up classes will be offered due to limited space. 🔴Single Missed Class Refund Policy • If you know your child will miss a class, at least one week's notice is required. If your spot can be filled by a drop-in student, you may receive a refund for the single class. • Only one single-class refund is allowed per multi-week session. • No refund if notice is provided less than one week in advance, in such case you may choose to gift the class to a friend with at least 24 hour prior notice. 🔴Multi-Weeks Session Refund Policy • Any cancellations will incur a $25 fee. • You may cancel your booking online at least 1 week before the first class, and receive a refund minus the $25 fee. • Please email me directly If canceling within 1 week of the first class. A refund will only be issued (minus the $25 fee) if a replacement student is found. No refund if the spot cannot be filled. Refunds will be processed after the replacement student attends their first class. • No refunds for no-shows.
