Cancellation Policy

🟢 Free Trial Policy Every trial class spot requires dedicated time and materials to prepare specifically for your child. Please be deeply mindful of the effort and resources that go into making these trial opportunities available. Because space is highly limited, we kindly ask that you arrive on time and avoid no-shows so that these spots are not wasted. 🟢 Participation All Arty Critters classes are drop-off only. Due to limited space, I kindly ask that parents do not remain during class unless we have discussed accommodations in advance. 🟢 Food Guidelines There is a strict policy of no food or drinks during class, water only. 🟢 What to Bring and Wear Please send your child with a water bottle if needed, and a water refill station is always available. Please make sure they wear clothes that can get messy, such as an old shirt. 🟢 Drop-Off The studio door opens 5 minutes prior to class time. Late arrivals can cause a major disruption or delays to the overall project flow. Please be on time. If you are running late, send me a quick message to let me know. 🟢 Pickup We allow a 10 minute grace period for pick-up. After 10 minutes, a 1 dollar per minute late fee will be charged. Please be on time to pick up your child. Please reach out if an emergency comes up, as I completely understand that life happens!
